Meet Dr. Sheppard

Medicine that asks a better question: why?

Dr. Patricia Sheppard, D.C.

Dr. Patricia Sheppard, D.C., has practiced holistic chiropractic and functional medicine for more than three decades. She is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic West, licensed in California and New Mexico, with advanced training in neurology, applied kinesiology, and functional medicine — including cellular biology and the core metabolic pathways your body uses to heal, detoxify, and produce energy. She has been a member of the International College of Applied Kinesiology for over twenty years.

Her approach integrates the structural precision of modern chiropractic with the biochemical insight of functional medicine, applied kinesiology, and applied neurology. The result is care that treats you as one connected system — not a collection of symptoms.

Portrait of Dr. Patricia Sheppard, D.C.
"The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease."

Our Approach

Structure · Chemistry · Lifestyle

Structure

Your spine houses and protects the nervous system that coordinates every function in your body — movement, healing, sensation, even organ function. When spinal joints lose alignment or motion, those signals get distorted. Gentle, precise chiropractic care restores them.

Chemistry

Every cell in your body is built from — and runs on — what you absorb. We use functional testing to find the nutrients your biology actually needs, then supply them with professional-grade formulas so your body can repair, detoxify, and produce energy.

Lifestyle

Movement, sleep, stress, and periodic detoxification decide how well your body rebuilds itself year after year. We help you build small, sustainable habits — because habits compounded over decades are the most powerful medicine there is.
